New Music #20

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Kiss Them For Me by (1991) by Siouxsie & the Banshees. A bit to trivia.....The song pays homage to the life and death of Jayne Mansfield, a 1950s and early 60s sex symbol. Also, Mansfield and Cary Grant made a film in 1957 called Kiss Them for Me (1958).

They went back to their pre Fergie era. I haven't heard abstract hip hop or hip hop like this in a minute.

Definitely will be giving this album a listen.

Digging the O'Jays new single as well
