Four from Sea Level

So, Paligap's Children of The Dan thread got me thinking about Sea Level. Sea Level were sort of a spin off band from The Allman Brothers Band. And between the late 70's early 80's, they released 5 albums.

I would say that maybe except for the third song, these are the Sea Level songs that most remind me of Steely Dan. Probably a little more so though, of something that a solo Walter Becker or Donald Fagen would do(or would have done). At least in the case of the first two songs. The 4th song has pieces that strictly remindes me of early Steely Dan.

Rest in Peace Bettie Boo. See u soon.

Fun listen. I hadn't thought of this band for years. Made me smile. Also, I appreciate the commentary. As with so many posters, knowledge abounds.
