R. Kelly's back on the streets after finally covering his unpaid child support.

The singer forked over the $161,633 he owes to ex-wife, Drea Kelly, and was released Saturday morning from Cook County Jail. As he walked out, Kelly said, "I promise we're gonna straighten all this out. That's all I can say right now. I love my fans."

Interestingly, he did have fans screaming for him outside ... including one woman who yelled, "Please touch my hand!"

R Kelly didn't pay his child support.... somebody paid it for him. R Kelly is a loser who doesn't even support his own kids.

yeah, the daughter saying he's a monster says alot...but i admit, a couple times during the gayle king interview, i got caught up in his emotions and almost wanted to believe the poor guy, but nah...fuck that...

I mean, he might legitimately think he's been wronged since he doesn't see what's wrong with his behavior. His outburst was probably genuine, but I don't think that points to his innocence.
