Parliament Medicaid Fraud Dogg 2CD OUT NOW!!

So Parliament's Medicaid Fraud Dogg is finally out on CD, no LP yet AFAIK. The cardboard CD case is cool, it looks like a pill. For the anal collectors, it doesn't fit nicely among the others on the CD shelf (FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS, LOL). There is a bonus track not available on the digital version, First Ya Gotta Shake The Gate Medley (Live).

Some of the tracks are rap heavy, some not. I would dig for some reviews (both on the org and elsewhere) and maybe listen to it before buying if you're concerned about it. There's enough good P-Funk here for any fan, in my opinion.

This looks cool! I don't know how this would work with an LP version, that would be even harder to stock. The bigger the pill, the bigger the headache! SoulAlive	Too much for my taste I had to make my own tracklist that focuses on the songs without all the rapping.Still,there are some great moments here. luvsexy4all said: how much rapping is on this??

Somehow, I totally missed out on the Japan release. Glad I did because I would have paid the $ and now be wishing I'd waited.

It had been rumored for some weeks they were gonna do a pill shaped vinyl release. I may hold out for that one. I’m really starting to feel some of the music on this one months after I first heard it. It’s loaded with some new classics.

which tracks?

What I did after initially “wearing the grooves out” on it, was gave it a break for a few months. When I went back to it I dunno, it was something about the music that jumped at me. Hit me at a different stroke. This is a focused, coherent and quality effort that covers a lot of territory.
