How do Keyboard players get that low bass sounding drag that starts around :30 seconds and plays sporadically throughout the song.

I'm talking about something different,.... There is bass guitar sound in there thats sliding down the neck but how it sounds it keeps going down as if it were 2 bass guitars connected to each other by how long the slide starts and end. So I was wondering how they do that? I guess some type of special effect box?
