I just so happened to pick up an issue of Record Collector Magazine today, which is dated September 2018.

Basically, there's a longass interview with George in it and the first thing he says is that he wanted to call the new album "One Nation Under Sedation," but he ended up calling it "Medicaid Fraud Dog" instead.

So, I guess there's the answer to that one.

There is just no telling. He will say anything. Just the other day he was on P-tv talking about a new George Clinton album, a new PFAS album and new albums by both Parliament and Funkadelic. I'd like to read that interview though. I've learned to just go along and enjoy the ride. I do have a friend who swears he worked on a particular track called One Nation Under Sedation.

It does seem that George still has a backlog of unreleased music that he is still working on... Or maybe just sitting on...

He talks about the all usual stuff: How he started Parliament, working with Prince, how he was quiet on "The Cinderella Theory" album, it's nothing he's never said before. I've only kinda skimmed through the interview, though.
