Like the song, video and performance. The song is a tad repetitive but damn it, it’s just good to see Janet again!

They came back after a weird break and had a longer outro for the show. Jimmy, Janet, & Yankee went up & back down through the crowd then danced with her dancers for another minute or two.

Fun note: Former Janet dancer Jennifer Lopez was the main guest on the show. I wish she had come out at the end to dance with everyone. But maybe the performance was filmed at a different time or something.

Janet was so amazing I'm VERY proud of her.

Kudos for Janet being able to keep “Made For Now” unleaked. That song is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Live vocals sultry as ever. She is definitely going to maintain her record of hits in EVERY decade with this number One single. Voice sultry, dancing on point, flawless beauty. Nice comeback.

And J-Lo was on the same episode of The Tonight Show. When asked what her favorite video was, she almost immediately said, "Janet Jackson, 'The Pleasure Principle'."

A video J-Lo said she liked since she was a "LITTLE GIRL"??

She is NOT much younger than Janet by a year or two.

Yeah, 3 years. J-Lo is a year younger than me, and Janet is 2 years older than me. But still, Control came out Feb 1986, but the single wasn't until May 1987. That would make J-Lo 18. She was 17 when the album came out. So maybe "little girl" was just "young" in general, as we all were back in the Control days.

No! Little girl means 4-10 years old. NOT almost an adult and out of teens at 18.

I actually liked the Kimmel appearance more than the video; I think it is a fun summer dance tune.

Loving everything about this launch. Song, Video, Dancing, Feature, Fashion, Colors, Rollout, She's gorgeous. Most importantly, I'm loving the message in the song. We so desperately needed these 3.5 minutes of encouragement, joy and inspiration.

And she's doing it ALL independently! Prince would be VERY proud of her.

They were joking that Friday's audience was so much better than Thursday's hinting at that part of the show being the same audience.

Terrible, with or without that rapper. Unlistenable. Like 99% of today's music.

Instead of following trends, she should have never left her own one.

Where have we heard that before?

Couldn't agree more I was bored to tears by the end, her vocals are just not there or really never have been she's just visual, the music is kinda shyte. Give it up go enjoy being a mother.

Yeah. So am I. Who is her distributor?

Her new label called Rhythm Nation has partnered with Indie distributor, label, and publisher Cinq Music for a recording and distribution agreement.

LIES! Janet has a beautiful sultry voice(whose vocal layering is amazing) that could probably sing rings around U anyday. She'll be laughing all the way to the bank when her new single debuts at Number One.

Cool. I knew about the RN label but not Cinq Music. I wonder if this is a one off deal or if it includes future releases.

Information directly from iTunes reads:
"2018 Rhythm Nation, under exclusive license to Cinq Music Group, LLC"

Variety has a good article about Cinq.
