Was watching Gaga's "5ft 2" this afternoon. Early in it, she talks about people that fame has killed, including Marilyn Monroe. In the next sentence, she says "and also .......", but won't finish her sentence. She gets emotional, and says to the others around her- "you know who I mean."

It is him, or am I off here? Watch it, and let me know. Kinda cool when she explains all her crazy costuming, why she felt compelled to do that; pretty interesting.

It's likely. It was probably filmed in 2015 or 2016 (having been released Sept 2017), and he died early in 2016.

She was referring to MJ who she famously bought near all his stage costumes at an auction.

Maybe so...the documentary covers her right before her Superbowl halftime performance, but I am not 100% sure what year that was.

I thought she was referring to Amy Winehouse since at the time she was working with Mark Ronson. Back To Black producer
