Any more? I'm sure there are...

Shame on y'all for not thinking of "Wednesday Like A River" by Sheila E., a really nice pop song.

As far as Thursday, "Thursday's Child" by David Bowie comes to mind immediately. Also White Town's "Thursday At The Blue Note".

And Jade's "Every Day Of The Week" literally mentions all seven days.

Basshunter's "Saturday" is a fun club song.

Others that come to mind:

Maroon 5 - Sunday Morning

Duran Duran - New Moon on Monday

Rolling Stones - Ruby Tuesday

Tori Amos - Wednesday

Bowie

Ice Cube - Friday

Cat Stevens - Another Saturday Night

Was it played on the radio or shown on MTV/BET/VH-1? If not, I didn't really follow Sheila E. I heard an album from the 1970s she did with her father because I have a relative that played jazz records. I actually have the Glamorous Life album, but have literally never listened to anything on it except the 2 songs that were played on the radio. I bought it in the late 1990s or early 2000s in a used record store.

It's on her self-titled album from 1987.
Anyway, thanks for all the reactions.

Duke Ellington, Mahalia Jackson - Come Sunday (this one is far from my usual tuneage but it's overwhelmingly beautiful and awe inspiring)
