What are you saying there exactly? A 20yr old murdered of any colour is just fucking tragic. Americe still eats its young it seems.
I said the damn truth, I'm not in no damn mood for the back and forth Marrk Murica. If you don't like the obvious I pointed out about hip hop and R&B deaths being considered gang or drug related. And from your Murica post you must be british, because Murica is a slander remark at Americans.
The kid was robbed and killed at gun point, had nothing to do with any gangs or drugs. Don't twist my damn words to fit your narrative of wanting to be a hero and make me out to be bad. But if that is what you want to do please make my day, because I never said anything about anyone life being last important than the other. If you take what I said as that, then fuk ya and everyone else who wants to agree with you on something I never said.

We are quick to kick people off tv and films...but when have you ever seen someone lose their record deal because they abused someone? Or got caught with a weapon.
Go ask mystikal, Ike Turner, and some others. But lastdecember i'm not posting at you, that was for luv4u. Also the pregnant girl was hit while he was still teenager, so are we putting teenagers in jail now domestic violence? If so middle school and highschool students would be 70% of the jail prisoners. Not excusing domestic violence but that same pregnant girl should be in jail for domestic violence also for beating up two girls on different nights at Club Iguana in Pembroke Pines off university drive. I never accussed you of not supporting any movements.
But it's still wrong luv4u to say that he was prolly killed over drugs or gang relations. As a black man in the south border of America we get that stereotype and the majority of us don't even sell drugs let alone done drugs or even joined a gang. That kid did all his crimes as a teenager because that's mentors he had in front of him. And he was trying to fight his demons, and minus the crimes, that was me.
I use to feel like I wasn't going to make it around his age and was scared I was going to die early because of my surroundings in miami in brownsville. You know what I give up, y'all don't get it and never will. Just continue mocking us (not you lastdecember), but others on this board always talk down about artists like Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and even Prince and this supposed to be a fan board towards him. Somebody tell the truth on here, they are trolls, somebody say be considerate on here to luv4u she will snip it and if they make a opinion she don't agree with she will snip it. But now she saying doesn't do that. Ask the board members and I'm sure they will agree.
Then people come on here from different countries trying to tell us how to live poverty not knowing a damn thing we go through unless it's on the news. If you speak up for fairness you are jumped. Yes dude did some bad things but so did everybody, whether it was worse or less worse. This feel like trayvon martin all over again and Tasir Rice.
If I have son I have to touch him how to live around people thinking like luv4u all because he is colored in USA, so he don't get killed like XXX, 2pac, Malcolm X, and MLK. IF this was a caucasian 7/10 they would've counted all of them as mental illness.
I understand all that, this country has slowly become a nation of 1% and then everyone else, there is no other country that has this kind of wealth and yet this much seperation from top to bottom. There in lies why we have these things happen. My thing is that it is a dangerous world and its manifesting itself big time, my point is more or less and I know its not always possible, but I say seperate when you can, get out of that world, leave those connections, because the lifestyle will always follow you.

As for record labels, sports teams etc..being held accountable I think its all got to be done case by case, but i dont think certain worlds should be exempt while we are quick to dismiss others. Take the NFL which is the most corrupt BS thing in the world, it reacted worse to Tom Brady deflating a ball and players taking a knee and YET it remains totally silent on players carrying weapons, beating their girls, etc... But also there is a double standard with the fans of these things, there were people almost excusing Aaron Hernandez who murdered one person execution style and possibly others, but because he was this "good looking" dude I saw people/females feeling bad? Really cold blooded murder is OK if you are good looking? That is what I feel society is becoming, I dont feel bad for Aaron Hernandez at all, some said they did, but i didnt because we dont and never talk and speak the name of the young football player he cowardly killed. As for domestic abuse and who gets jailed it really depends on the level of crime. If a two kids get into a fight in school about some nonsense of course not, kids fight, but if a kid walks in a class and punches a girl in the face because she said she didnt want to date him, there has to be some sort of level of punishment besides a suspension, also parents need to be held accountable even if it goes as far as parents paying fines or having to do community service because they cant teach their kids. This society right now is full of rage and hate across the board, I am so glad not to be growing up in these times, because they are not "positive" at all.

I don't know who this guy is. I've never heard of him before. However, it's never nice to see someone so young die so I feel bad for his family. I've read a bit about him on Wikipedia and I'll keep my opinions of him to myself because this is not really the place to slate the guy, regardless of how I feel about him.
There seems to be a subplot to this thread regarding Luv4u's initial comments. Whether you find them ill-judged or not, only you can decide. But I think we all know her well enough to know that there was no racially motivated disrespect intended. To assume that a supposed "Gangster rapper" has been shot dead as a result of criminal activity is not the same as saying that "he was black, therefore it must be drug related". I don't see her comments as prejudiced against black people, rather they are prejudiced against people who portray themselves as "gangster rappers", which is probably a fair assumption to make due to the typical perceived lifestyle of gangster rappers. Had he been white, I think she would have said the same thing. So, basically what I'm saying is, let's not look for offense where none was intended. Also, let's not let this detract from the fact that a young man, however bad he might have been, has been killed.
Well the thing is your living that lifestyle and not separating it, home invasion charges, robbery, witness tampering, alleged domestic abuse of a pregnant woman, that is a little more than someone with speeding tickets. Not saying anyone deserves to to be shot and killed, but your living a life as if you could care less what happens to you.

liljojo, you are jumping to conclusions and taking it further than implied. You are saying she indicated it was because of race. She never stated or implied that. The lifestyle is what is highlighted.

But we all do it, and Luv4u wasn't implying his race. But lifestyle as most other are. And it is what people look at. Whether it is family, friends or the broader community.

Perhaps it is perpetuating stereotypes. My point was that it's not necessarily racial stereotypes that are being perpetuated though and to insinuate that it is, is perhaps doing Luv4u a disservice. Her comments are more to do with his profession and reputation than his race. That's how I read it anyway and given her own reputation, I think we should give her the benefit of the doubt.
A suspect has been arrested in the death of rapper XXXTentacion, according to police.
Dedrick D. Williams was taken into custody Wednesday, two days after the artist, whose birth name was Jahseh Onfroy, was gunned down in South Florida.
The arrest was confirmed to the Daily News by Broward County Sheriff’s Office Captain Robert Schakenberg.
XXXTentacion, 20, was outside a motorsports store in the Miami area’s Deerfield Beach when two armed men approached him in what is believed to have been a robbery, according to sheriff’s investigators.
They then allegedly fled in an SUV.
Charges for Williams, 22, include first-degree murder, a probation violation for theft of a car motor vehicle and driving without a valid license.
After the arrest it was not clear if police were still looking for another suspect.
Never was a fan of his or anything, but when I saw this I was laughing so damn hard...come to find out this was a real song...then I said..okay maybe he not that bad.
I am glad they caught his killer smh. Trying to rob someone for a bag and you going to kill him?? No one deserves that.
