72RZ3jn.jpg?1

06/2018

The surprise disc, Everything Is Love, arrived Saturday via Tidal.

The nine-track release is credited to The Carters; a bonus track, called "Salud," is also available on the music streaming service.
The album cover features a woman combing a shirtless man's hair in the Louvre museum in Paris, in front of its most famous painting: Da Vinci's Mona Lisa.

Here's the track list for Everything Is Love:

"Surprise"
"Ape Shit"
"Boss"
"Nice"

"713"

"Friends"

"Heard About Us"

"Black Effect"

"LoveHappy"

If they suddenly start playing the songs off this album on the tour, I'll be super angry cause I've already been to their London concert biggrin

I tend to not like this kind of music but the single is a banger. The video is pretty deep. The Louvre doesn't just let anybody film there. Note the irony of the Eurocentric art and the black dancers. It is talking about how African Americans basically remade art. Good stuff you two. I know the haters on the org will chime in.

All you others say Hell Yea!! woot!

Who f**king cares!
Seriously, this soap opera needs to come to an end.
Does anyone remember the time Jay Z was a credible rapper?

I never understand people who say they don't care about something, yet spend time clicking on a thread to write something about it. Must care about it enough to do that.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Would love to buy this but just dont want to join Tidal - hopefully it will become available in other formats soon.

Thank you Prince for every note you left behind 💜

Trash! Waste of studio time. These two epitomize what true sickening is. Suddenly, the two wants to really let the public inside their four walls of privacy. In a desperate attempt to stay so relevant, they now are in full "trap mode," and really want all to believe that their union is as solid as a...rock!! Smh Sad.

Tidal are offering a free 6 month membership at the moment. After that, if you sign up again with a different email address, you get another free trial period. I did that a few times before commiting to it and have been happy with the service.

People just cant stand to see black music families in power.
Anyway I cant wait to hear the album. Not a fan of the trendy trap sounds (got a feeling it wont age well) but hope the rest is better.

Agreed. I've noticed the obvious bias and animosity myself and I am caucasian.

It's a quality album. As is Nasir.

This statement is a pile of steaming bullshit! What people really can't stand is the over the top acting from these two like they are royality. They are not! They are entertainers. Period!

Its art boo. Artistics. Entertainers are artists. America does not have any 'royalty' we dont live in Europe. These people came from very very humble beginnings. I would rather see entertainers artisically representing themselves however they want to when you have worked as hard as they did to get where they are.

Here is where Jay Z is from. Anyone who can make it from there to the top of the charts I respect more than some damn golden spoon fed Prince from Europe. Gtfoh.

And here's where Whitley Gilbert-Wayne is from. Anyone who can make it from there to the top of the charts has been very successfully advised and marketed for decades, including her showbiz marriage, her Diana Ross on crack ascension from her second girl group, and, I guess, whatever this Apeshit shit is. Smdh.

Proud of her. No difference in her or any other the other Disney Inc stars. Her work speaks for itself.

Let me re-phrase. I have nothing against B & J. I happen to like some of their music. My point was that people don't dislike them or what they do because they are black, they dislike it because it's just such over the top fakery. I don't mind anyone being artistic, but for me, these two have become ridiculous and it seems fake.

I love Summer and Bouncy sounds really good on Lovehappy. Other than that it's the same old "look at us, we got lots of $$ and stuff..... bored

Not all music has to be navel-gazing deep to be interesting. This is just plain uninteresting and waaay too trappy.

Hell, at least 44:4 was interesting.

Nah I'll pass on this song. They are doing a concert in my hometown in August. They are playing

Williams Brice Stadium in Columbia SC. I would go just to see what the hype is surrounding Bey if I got a free ticket but I also have a busy concert schedule this summer. I just went to a Jazz show this weekend Norman Brown, Will Downing, and Kindred The Family Soul. I'm going to a throwback reunion show in July, Janet in August, and another jazz show featuring Kenny G in September.

Just might not have enough room or time for Bey. I would go just because it's in my hometown and I've gone to many football games there but never a live concert.

Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
