Like so many others, he was put in the biz too much, too young... "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

He was more amazing, accomplished and successful before he was 13 than most adult artists ever achieve - seriously. And it wasn't plucked out of thin air, he obviously had to work his ass off to achieve that.

Blood sweat and tears. He didnt just appear on youtube and got picked randomly like many of these stars. I am sure he fought tooth and nail to just be a kid and he was not allowed that. What an incredible voice. Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

Unfortunately pushing him into the entertainment industry at such a young age left him with some seriously screwed up values. In many ways he ended up being his own worst enemy.

I'll always say that Mike probably had the best voice in the business. Nobody can touch him, I've never heard anything like this before.

He was without a doubt the best young singer we have ever had. Unfortunately with the nose sugergies, he ruined his voice and range.

He had amazing pipes until the very end, the This is It footage proved this without a doubt. His voice got deeper, true. But it was still amazing! People better leave my boy MJ alone!

Yeah, okay then...he couldn't hit the high notes that he could before 18, after the nose surgeries. He was not the same vocalist from Off the The Wall ...onward. So sorry, I do not agree, that he did not have a wider range.

Yeah MJ had talent, but he was also a very messed up individual due to that fact, because he didn't and couldn't live a normal life. It was all he ever knew, and that led to a sad and lonely existence.

MJ, Wuincy and Seth have all said Seth started working with MJ during off the wall to expand his range and that it exceeded 3.5 octaves. I’ll taje their word before yours.

Listening to the raw acapellas from the recent multitrack leaks, his range was incredible.
He along with Marvin, Stevie, and others, MASTERED overdubbing background vocals "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Perhaps the inspiration for this song.
