The 2018 BET Awards definitely satisfied the excellent standards

that it has demonstrated during its history.

It is at least as enjoyable as any other awards show and worth your

time to watch it on the rebroadcast if you have not seen it.

It was a classy, sexy, funny, fun, diversely-stylish, and socially-conscious

example of all of the best elements that entertainment can provide with

participation from entertainers of all age levels.

Jaime Foxx was excellent at his MC duties to effectively manage the all 3 hours

and help to make every second enjoyable and interesting.

He provided plenty of comedy to help move the show forward.

A few of the best examples of awards presentations and acceptances were those for

Deborah Lee, Black Panther/Michael B. Jordan and Ryan Coogler, and Anita Baker.

A few of the best music performance were those from

Meek Mill, H.E.R. and Daniel Caesar, Miguel and the All Star group

that performed the tribute to Anita Baker inclusive of

Jamie Foxx.

I have not watched the Awards Show Pre-Show yet

but the “After Party Live Show” was also plenty valuable as a

way to enjoy the efforts from the hosts and the guests.
