There is a man suing him saying Usher gave him herpes. Yes, Usher maybe bi-sexual and have an STD which he did not feel the need to inform anyone about.

It is not a figment of our imaginations. I feel sorry for his wife if he was not honest about his STD or inability to not screw other people while married.

He should just stay single now. Nothing wrong with that at all.

Very good point.There are many people who are simply not cut out for marriage.It just doesn't work for everyone (J-Lo and Halle Berry come to mind).They need to be honest with themselves.There are also many people who simply can't be monogamous.Nothing wrong with that,just be upfront and honest about it.Stop getting married when you still have the urge to sleep around.

It is a rumor with a lawsuit attached to it and people saying he gave it to them.

Usher doesn't have Herpes that's why NONE of the cases have been substantial against him. Plus it would have been recorded at The Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Also Usher's soon to be ex wife knew the deal & arrangement with their marriage. That is why it's ended amically.

As far as I know the cases have not moved forward yet. Realize people do not usually come out in public and tell the world they have herpes for kicks and giggles.

I bet that the herpes cases were settled out of court.As part of the settlement,the accusers aren't allowed to talk about it.That's why this story suddenly "died" awhile back.Usher paid them off but no one can talk about it.This is typical with celebrity lawsuits.

Not always typical, but frequnt. People sometimes seek a payout because there is some truth to it. However, in a case like this it's pretty simple. Get the test, prove them wrong. We've never seen anything beyond an allegation.... so far.

Celebrities sometimes pay people off to make them go away, but I would think for something so nasty and egregious that Usher wasn't just paying folks off. That's a P.R. nightmare because the public could construe it as guilt.

Not true! One of the women was exposed after a released audio of her admitting she did not have unprotected sex with Usher was found. She then dropped her $20 million lawsuit after her original attorney, asked to be removed from the case.

Then Lisa Bloom(scandal attorney for every disgruntled female in the spotlight at the moment) quietly dropped Usher's other accusers.
