Lawsuits were filed and I am going to guess withdrawn due to a settlement. See that he did settle back in 2012.

They also claim he hid a previous lawsuit related to the sexually transmitted infection, which he's thought to have settled in 2012 for $1.1 million.

See that when he was sued his insurance company bailed.

Two women and one man sued the musician this week.

One of three people accusing the eight-time Grammy award-winner of exposing them to herpes spoke out during a press conference in New York on Monday.

Standing alongside lawyer Lisa Bloom, Quantasia Sharpton recalled the moment she first learned Usher reportedly had been diagnosed with the virus.

"When I first hear he had herpes I couldn't believe it...I would have never consented if I had known," she said during the press conference.

Sharpton and another indicter tested negative for herpes, though Bloom claims one of Usher's three most recent accusers does have it.

"Raymond was a revered celebrity in their eyes who they believed could be loved and trusted," the lawsuit claimed. "Each plaintiff realizes that his or her consent was obtained under false pretenses and/or by Raymond's lie by omission, causing them severe emotional distress."

Bloom said the encounters in the lawsuit occurred after an alleged 2012 settlement, reported on by RadarOnline in July. That suit claimed Usher was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010.

He may be free and clear but you are not addressing the million he paid out before and his insurance companies comments. The case was dismissed because the women dropped the suit. Called pay off. The women said she did not have unprotected sex with the singer. Condoms do not protect against Herpes.

I know he didn't have scandals like child molestations,STD's,drugging anyone, or any males coming out saying they slept with him like other superstars have(that shall remain nameless). I was just speaking in terms of being a loyal fan.Most people don't remain loyal for that long like I have.

But Prince was VERY controversial. Which does fall in the line of being "scandalous" after his seductive hit album cut from the multi platinum "Batman" soundtrack.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about one out of SIX PEOPLE in the United States aged 14 to 49 have genital herpes. That's a LOT of people sweetie pie. Also it is MANY celebrities that is carrying it. That's why no one is really that concerned IF Usher has it or not. Plus hardly nobody is really talking about it anymore BESIDES U.
