Allen Jones produced Stax artists as well as bands like the Barkays, Ebonee Webb who's lead singer had a Prince falsetto, Kwick, and Chocolate Milk in the early 80's. Very surprised to hear the dirt on Allen in Larry's book.

you would think it's Larry Dodson on vocals. That documentary is dope. ConFunkShun putting

in work in Memphis before they blew up. The Barkays in the studio working their magic and the

Soul Children singing on the tracks.

Yeah they had some nice gems even before they started working with Allen Jones.
