We all seem to agree that radio today is pretty much cookie cutter with most stations in most cities sounding the same. Well here's a big reason why. JUst about all of them are owned by the same company. With Clear Channel being in the news lately for organizing pro war rallies under a fake citizen group name and banning the Dixie Chicks from their play-lists, I thought I would share a site with all of you that is helping shine a light on the monster that Clear Channel has become.

Clear Channel does suck. Fortunately, the media industry will eat itself though all of this merging and what not, and it'll all end up shattered into thousands of pieces again, within... oh... 20 years?

Words can't describe how much I can't stand Clear Channel.

Clear Channel owns all the major stations here in Chicago. I hate the way they promote their "sister" stations on each station. There are about four I can name off the top of my head owned by them and they all suck. Radio sucks period.

WGN and WLS to name 2 that they don't. And those are the biggest in Chicago.
