I love Yvonne's version but I'm giving it the Bee Gees on this one. And fyi, that video above of the Bee Gees' version has the song considerably pitched down. Just sayin'. | |

Yvonne's version is superior.Her version was produced by Freddie Perren,who at that point was one of the hottest producers at the time.I like what he did to the song.The Bee Gee's version is good,but not great.Plus,I think this song works better being sung by a woman. | |

Interestingly,when the Bee Gees began composing songs for Saturday Night Fever,the original plan was for their version of "If I Can't Have You" to be used and they wrote another song for Yvonne to sing.That song was "How Deep Is Your Love" | |
