Wade Robson's pending case against the Michael Jackson estate

source

Robson, I believe, saw a reason to jump on the lets-sue-Michael-Jackson bandwagon. No molestation allegations were ever proven true. In fact, everyone has been shown to be a liar and an opportunist. Robson's claims are based on previous stories, not his own experience. The judge seems to think the same thing.

A judge on Tuesday dismissed the lawsuit brought by a choreographer who alleged Michael Jackson molested him as a child, resolving one of the last major claims against the late singer’s holdings.

Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff’s summary judgment ruling against the now-35-year-old Wade Robson found that the two Jackson-owned corporations, which were the remaining defendants in the case, were not liable for Robson’s exposure to Jackson. He did not rule on the credibility of Robson’s allegations themselves.

Robson’s attorney, Vince Finaldi, said he strongly disagrees and plans to appeal.

Robson, a native of Australia who has worked with Britney Spears and NSYNC, met Jackson when he was 5 years old.

He testified in Jackson’s defense at the singer’s 2005 criminal trial, saying he had spent the night at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch more than 20 times and usually slept in Jackson’s room, but Jackson never molested him. Jackson was acquitted in that trial.

Then in 2013 about four years after the singer’s death, Robson sued the Jackson estate for what his attorneys described as molestation that spanned a seven-year period.

A court ruled in 2015 that Robson had filed his lawsuit too late to get any of Jackson’s estate. That left two remaining defendants, both corporate entities owned by Jackson in his lifetime: MJJ Productions, Inc., and MJJ Ventures, Inc.

The judge ruled Tuesday that those two corporate defendants could not be held responsible for Robson’s exposure to Jackson, the way a school or the Boy Scouts can be found liable for bringing together an abusive adult and a child victim.

Wade is a prick, but I find it interesting how he participated in jermaines book and seemed like a supporter. I had come up with the theory that maybe he was trying to bring attention to it to ultimately expose jordy and it backfired after what Paris did.

Also I can't help but wonder if he recruited jimmy fuckface to give it more attention, which happens ironically shortly after jimmy family showed pics of him with mj and spoke good of him around Pepsi commercial time

So useless. He should just pack his bags and move to Korea if he wants to work. Such a shame no one will respect him now

Replying to

He wrote a tearful comment in OPUS about how beautiful Michael's soul changed his life - He appeared with in MJ Tribute at MTV - Gushed about working with MJEstate - then POOOF

Yuuup by a person who was the star witness for the defense in 2005, who swore 2 times under oath that MJ never harmed him. But when the opportunites dried up and he needed some $$$$$$$, he came up with a Plan B. Very sad indeed sad You can read about the verdict here http://dailymichael.com/l...-explained

It is really weird how he suddenly changed tune...he was always an advocate for mj and would gush about him even when he was not active on charts and working with others.

That's why I have to question though he did a rotten thing that nearly cost paris' life, I have to wonder what is intention was and if there was a plan to get jordy involved to put him in a position to swear under oath he didn't do it now that evan is gone. But if that were the reason, it was a very poor decision and it's pretty clear he needed therapy for his other issues and adjusting to fatherhood.

I don't know if anyone has talked about this, but no young child should have to know this type of crime exists (in the manner with which they were confronted with it cause of the accusations vs. having age-appropriate conversations with their guardians about boundaries), and MJ younger friends were subject to questioning and scare tactics from law enforcement when they were young...maybe he really went into crisis after becoming a dad and just made it worse for everyone. It's a damn shame, cause he lost my respect and was a talented guy. MJ did not need this, in life or death. I wouldn't be surprised if narcissicm drove this behaviour on wade's part and it bit him in the ass.

It's not that deep. Wade just wanted a payday. I guess after he didn't get the gig with the estate he started shopping a book and then this. He also apparently is suffering from mental illness.

Let's not forget how his former lover M1 defended and congratulated him on social media when he did his Today Show interview. He apparently was banging her AND Britney while Brit was dating Justin. That's why Britney and Justin broke up. He's been a douche nozzle for quite some time. Completely lost respect for him after he was defending MJ all those years just to shit on him after he died.

Maybe someone needed to tell him it was, he had deep seated issues big time. It's just unfortunate what it caused for mj after the fact

The sad part for him, if it's true(which I doubt), then no one believes him because he's a liar. He either lied up until 2012/2013 or he's lying now. His credibility is shot and no one believes him. The crazy thing is that his mothers testimoy contradicts his entire claim.

As for M1, I believe nothing that comes from her mouth. She isn't wrapped too tight. Wade dated two of MJs nieces as well.
