These releases are intriguing to me. I wonder who it is that is taking all this previously available stuff (boots and official releases) and putting these packages together and then dressing them up all nice in a box set?

I do feel ya on some of this. Parliament albums always had an underlying metaphorical concept couched down in the silliness. When he first started promoting this one (3 years ago lol) he said he was going after big pharma so I am intrigued as to how he's gonna go about it thru the music.

And from what I've gathered from bits and snippets I've heard he's got some good wit with the lyrical puns and thangs. I'm pretty much over make u sick already. There's just not much to it. But IF the record ever sees the light of day I think some of the other tracks will have some conceptual meat on the bone.

Isn't it lovely? All I'm saying is with The Dr, a mugg better be prepared to be patient. Sheeeit, Parliament's supposed 80's album Up South never materialized. And he was promoting the funk out of that too back then.

He propbably never was; I was only making a joke, hiping that when Bootsy dropped his album that would be incentive for George to finally drop his. lol
