Before you bite on these "new" live releases be advised. From what I understand it's a fake out. The live MSG is really the Newburgh Sessions. That Bootsy Baltimore? Try Capital Centre Landover Maryland. And of course the other one is the Passaic anti tour probably ripped from the video. Now if you don't already have em by all means go head. But in reality, there is nothing new here folks. Someone needs to hold these folks accountable for these dishonest shenanigans. [Edited 12/3/17 16:47pm]

I'll be looking for someone that will share the live releases with me. I won't be paying for bootlegs, even if they are legal because of some loophole.

I will be buying the new Parliament & George Clinton albums though. Hurry up and release it, George!

George has just posted a video of him in the studio laying further vocals for the album, so it doesn't look like it will be released any time soon. Not sure how many versions and mixes of these same tracks George has, but it seems endless. He seems to be a real tinkerer and remixer of late.

confused oh well,I guess for now,we'll just have to enjoy the new Bootsy album.

Another new release (reissue) is Bernie Worrell's 1978 solo album All The Woo In The World on vinyl.

another new release: 'The Newbergh Sessions' has been released on 2-LP vinyl. These are the September 1976 tour rehearsals which many of you probably already have on CD.The package includes a really nice gatefold and white vinyl records with a nice label...and improved sound! I could be wrong, but I don't think that "Getten To Know You" was performed very often,if at all,on the 1976-77 tour,so it's interesting to hear the rehearsal on this release.

Dang y'all are hipping me to some chyt I gotta get a hold of. As for this new Parliament stuff, I'm done waiting for it. Yes I was all gung ho a year ago when it looked like he was finishing it.

Now, I'm like meh. He's been known to cut track after track with no plans of even releasing it and then stringing us along. I'm convinced he just likes being in the studio making music for his own personal satisfactions.

That whole Mammoth Records fiasco from 99. The By Way Of The Drum thing from 89. His track record says to me this ain't coming out.

What I don't understand is,why can't they at least release the single ("I'm Gon' Make You Sick")? If the album isn't completely finished,fine....keep working on it,but we KNOW that the single is finished and ready to go.Put it up on iTunes to tide us over until the album is here!

Again. Nice package if you don't have any of the stuff. And it's nice to have it all in one presentation like this. Most of this is what is commonly referred as "The Turds Of It". Maybe they cleaned up the sound a bit from my understanding. Then threw a couple of live sets in there that have been out elsewhere.
Can only find it on eBay.

I think somewhat so. This one looks like it's just 1970s though and the 4-cd sets had material through 1993 included.

No, those were different shows: San Diego 1977, Washington DC nov. 1 & 2 1978 (so that's more or less the same), Tokyo 1993, Chicago 1993 and a few tracks from other shows. But I believe there are different versions of this box. Mine is from 1994 on Sequel Records.
