For 65 years straight, the #1 genre in music, selling wise, was rock n' roll worldwide. Last year (2017) in June, it got de-crowned by hip hop. Hip hop is the #1 genre. It's hip hop - rock - country - pop or pop - country. ~ Pras

He imitated mike with class and tact, really really enjoyed this and love the fact bad sounded like a James brown homage vs. A caricature as it usually is

Michael took a lot from sammy, a lot. I was always intrigued by his "friendship" with Prince, i wondered what he meant. Of course, hollywood friends has it's own meaning. but Prince wasn't really the kind of guy to mingle with stars, even those he admired. He totally shunned little richard at the PR opening. He changed later on but this clip is from 89 or so.
