I like a lot of Morrissey's music and loved the Smiths. He just needs to STFU about his constant disparagement of practically everyone. it was refreshing at first, but now it just sounds so bitter and petty. I hope this new one will be a comeback of sorts. Impressive that he still can play at the Hollywood Bowl after all he has been through and his poor PR.

I will never understand the appeal or Morrissey. He doesn't have a good voice. It doesn't even seem like he's singing, it's more like speaking in a droning way.
Yet he's a critical darling.

I`ve been a fan since Strangeways here we come came out in 1987 but Moz kind of lost me after Ringleaders of the Tormentors. His last albums were a bit too repetetive and boring. The new single seems to be a return to form. Love it. I hope it will get some airplay on the ratio.
