Yea I heard in later years he looked much better in person. Especially when he was toned down. There were even other celebrities who used to approach him. I know people(the public) who seen MJ at Janes Brown funeral and they said he looked great. Not having a nose or lips is real attractive.

Love them both (Prince/MJ) for their immense talent as artists and for their flaws as people. It is a shame these threads deteriorate into petty arguments over small things. [Edited 9/16/17 4:21am] "Old man's gotta be the old man. Fish has got to be the fish."

So we all know Michael Jackson wore a gold leotard in his 90s tours. An odd costume choice by first thought, but seeing how he wore the leotard under a jacket, it looked like he was wearing *gasp* a thong.
What do you think? Just a crazy Jackson gimmick or he was doing to tease/ impress the female fans? Isn't it a fencing vest? My art book: http://www.lulu.com/spotl...ecomicskid

I beleive Michael is quoted to say it was based on a fencing vest - something the rich people of old times would wear when playing sports.

I love MJ but he really didn't know how to do sexy.

I remember my mother and her girlfriends were crazy for his look in "The Way You Make Me Feel" but otherwise MJ and sexy aren't compatible terms. Like that cringeworthy "its time to make sweet love" (cue car crash sound effect) in the song "Break of Dawn" it just ain't right [Edited 10/4/17 9:10am] if it was just a dream, call me a dreamer 2

It's totally fine if mj was not your type, he's not everyone's cup of tea. Why try to justify he's not hot over and over if some of us have a thing for him and/or a leotard fetish? #girlsjustwannahavefun

Here's another question: what was Michael wearing under the leotard/ costume? Like, would he be wearing underpants or totally nothing under the leotard. Now I'm thinking he wore close to nothing, because the leotard masterfully outlined his... bits...

It is so sad that such an (initially) attractive man felt the need to transform himself and erase his naturally beautiful looks... to the point of becoming unrecognisable. I personnally do not think he was sexy once he changed himself and these herds of women lusting after him were probably just the usual celebrity-fanatics types blinded by his fame. As for the leotard look... that put me off more than anything at the time. I felt there was an element of sad tragedy as well as desperation about his whole appearance that made me look the other way. Life Matters

I don't think anyone is disagreeing he was really good looking before, cause he truly was. Onstage though, he still got swag
