How the fuck did DJ Khaled become so successful? I know he's been around for a while but now but it seems in the past year or so, he's become almost iconic. How?? He comes across like a bafoon. We the best, another one, bless up. Lord have mercy. Why? Is he legitimately talented as a producer?? Now he's shoving his child down oyr throats. This will be worse thannBeyonce with her kids. Ugh! I think he is a DJ similar to how Wendy Williams considers herself a former DJ as in he was on a music show on the radio. He got so popular because Snapchat invested in him. if it was just a dream, call me a dreamer 2 | |

DJ Khaled has been a radio DJ for a long time, breaking important artists and songs. He actually has talent as a producer in that he has gave the industry a huge summer song every year this decade so far. His reputation has built quickly for getting big artists on catchy, radio-formatted pop (but hip hop) songs. If he was any more like Puff Daddy, the artists would be signed to him. | |

When I've seen him on talk shows, he usually talks in positive thinking quotes & slogans. That has always been popular with some of the public (.ig Richard Simmons, Joel Olsteen, Og Mandino, Tony Robbins, self help books, etc.). I think that's a good thing. Anybody/anything gets popular because the mainstream public likes it. It doesn't even have to do with promotion per se, because there's been many performers/TV shows/movies that had a lot of promotion and flopped. Nobody can force anybody to like something. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. I like Khaled. He is definitely a complete parody of himself at this point, but he seems to be having a good time and is more positive in interviews than a lot of other stars are. Could be much worse. | |

if becoming a International celebrity with no discernible job description or skill, is a talent, then yes he is talented.... but he doesnt sing, doesnt rap, doesnt make beats, doesnt play any musical instruments, is not an athlete, is not an actor, is not a dancer, is not a lawyer or scholar or bodyguard... he just says "WE DA BESSSST" or "ANOTHER ONNNNE", on recordings while real rappers and singers rap and sing...thats all ive ever heard or seen of him... but that fucker is always on TV and award shows EVERYWHERE... so just like the almost equally ungifted Ray J. Norwood, that probably means he is the Dope Man (drug-dealer/drug-carrier) to the stars... | |

He's like "The Don King of HipHop and Hip-Pop".
He's been saying "We Da Best" since 2006? Not sure.
When I wanted to see more, I went to Youtube.com to view a few of the 50 Million Guest Star Remixes of "Arab Money" or "(We Got) Arab Money".
Don't read the comment section....lol
There were a bunch of supposed Arabs saying to the black rappers on his track:
"You n---ers will never have our money!!!!!"
Some were upset that 1) There were (some) Muslim blacks sampling an Arab song... 2) that there was an arab woman dancing inthe video...
They totally ingored that it was anab's production and video, and targeted the black rappers who followed thier religion actually... Hilarious.
