David Bowie's No Plan + The Next Day Extra questions Hi . I know there are some Bowie fans here so maybe you can help me? . 1/ Did Bowie himself plan No Plan (no pun intended) for release before he passed, or is it just a record his estate made with Blackstar/Lazarus outtakes after he died? . 2/ Did Bowie ever say if he considers The Next Day Extra as a proper album in itself, or is it just a random compilation of outtakes and remixes from TND, like the usual bonus tracks? .
