MJ & Ayn Rand

Was listening to "Place without no name", & was wondering if brotha had been reading Ayn Rand @ the time. Now having said this I must add 2 disclaimers: 1 being I do not think if this was the case, it influenced him to fake his death. & 2 I do not personally subscribe to Ayn Rand. I think she may have suffered from clinical sociopathy. With those out of the way has anyone else ever wondered this? I'm seeing connections between the lyrics and Atlas Shrugged. Lol I wouldn't be surprised if there is an article out there either of him saying he was into the book or someone actually states the book was an influence for the song. Has anyone else ever noticed this?
