The first Tuxedo album was a pleasant surprise that I enjoyed alot,so I'm really looking forward to the new album. I like seeing Mayer Hawthorne in this setting.

These days, there are alot of artists and bands doing retro-funk/R&B sounds (Bruno Mars,Justin Timberlake, etc) but to me,it doesn't always feel genuine and natural. That's certainly not the case with bands like Tuxedo and Jamiroquai.I'm thrilled that both bands are releasing new albums this month. These guys truly *get* it.They truly appreciate and understand what funk is all about.

I didn't realize their second album was out. Going to purchase today! I loved the first Tuxedo album and (generally) like Hawthorne a lot.

I just listened to this album for the first time and I love every song on it. Very old school. Thanks for reminding me of Tuxedo. Glad Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One are continuing the type of music that shouldn't be lost...
