how about some great MOVIE MUSIC...

...like, not songs from movies, but score or original performance type music.

One of my all time favorite pieces. Written by Hans Zimmer.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I'm afraid is just too complex for you. If you didn't understand Toy Story saga as you told me via orgnote, how would you understand The Grandfather.

i've also been watching a lot of werner herzog movies recently, and i've really enjoyed popol vuh's soundtracks to his 70s films, aguirre in particular.

one of my favorite morricone pieces...

i'm also fond of...

and...

...which to me is very reminiscint of 'north' on prince's n.e.w.s.; at least in that it evokes traversing a blizzardy snowscape...

Another score that I love is by Alex North for the classic A Streetcar Named Desire (1951) worship

Another one I love is from East of Eden (1955) by Leonard Rosenman. Every time I watch this film it makes me emotional at the end, and alot it has to do with the story and the score, which is beautiful heart

The score for Under the Skin is probably one of my favorites, but it is so weird to listen to outside of the context of the movie. I like that.
