I looovvvve this song!!!!! Bruno used humor to express his frustration of being neglected by his girl.  its so his personality. The phone call from Halle Berry. . Kind of reminds me how Morris Day comes off funny but the song would still sound sexy. This song is fun and sexy and arranged very well. | |

[Edited 2/27/17 8:08am] the reason justin timberlake doesnt get as much so called "hate", is because his work is better than Bruno Mars, and he's not overly hyped as some sort of superstar/icon like Mars currnetly is...and since when did not liking someones music become "hate" or "racism"?... im still amused by those responses...like for every non-black artist i dont like, i have to express the same dislike for a black artist or its racist...or if there is an artist i dont like, and theyre not black, i need to keep that to myself?...are the commenta being racially profiled?...people actually read the comments and think, "oh he's typing critically about Bruno Mars because his father is black and his mother is Venezuelan, so he must hate Bruno Mars'asian blood"....really?...i talk shit about Bruno Mars because i think he's wack...if you like him, cool...but dont expect everyone to..and dont reach for all kinds of deep rooted evil, to explain away someone not liking that pop garbage he delvers... im not a Justin Timberlake fan either, but "Rock Your Body" is better than anything Bruno Mars has ever made... its my opinion that his music & limited acting are also better than anything Bruno Mars has ever done... | |

I'm no Bruno Mars fan but this song is pretty cool. The only thing I would agree with RJ Orion on is Bruno letting go of the ridiculous wannabe cool lingo which is why I view 24K as whack. I wouldn't say Justin Timberlake is better than Bruno either. In RJ Orion's defense his lack of black pigmentation has nothing to do with him not liking Mars. Everyone doesn't have to like Bruno. We get the same bullshit when it comes to Eminem. And Mr.Mars is closer to black skin than anything else. Don't laugh at my funk

Bruno Mars makes ear-candy, but i always get the feeling i heard it somewhere else before. Every artist gets inspired by other artists, thats ok, but especially with his last album, i feel like bruno is not true to himself. I don't hear who bruno is, and with the third album you would think he would be there now. |
