The beat is hot, but damn, they always talk about the SAME THING in all their songs...how THEY are winning. It's boring and it's lazy. You can do a party song with more of an uplifting purpose in the lyrics. Just sayin'.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

For those that care about the source of the sample that's looped throughout the record...

-

-

As far as the record itself... I like it for what it is. I think its a fun party/dance joint, nothing more. I agree that the subject matter is quite predictable therefore boring though. Khaled and others look at themselves as motivators.

-

Does Beyonce naturally have a tenor range or is it studio tricks? Jay is most disappointing on this track to me. It's like his creative writing button is stuck on repeat or something. (And no... I'm not jealous of him in the slightest). I'm already blessed. LOL! biggrin

This is like having a bowel movement after Mexican night.

Just a hot, steaming pile of mess that's a little corny.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

See, at first I'm like I'm officially old, but then I do like Ted Smooth Love on Top remix, so that leads me to believe that this song is just boring and forgettable.

Jay Z is , along with Kanye, extremely overrated.

his first album was good but he's got one subject to talk about:his greatness.

it gets old.

I guess Beyonce is a bit better but as a 42 yr old man I don't feel like she's singing for me.

um...if youre a hip hop head...Kanye is actually really good from producing, to lyrics and arrangements...as well as producing and writing for other artists. I'd rather listen to a Kanye album than Jay any day and even I am a Jay fan. How is kanye overrtated though?

808s and heartbreak
Mbdtf

Coo. This is by far no classic for sure. Don't think it was attempting to be, but nice to hear them doing something. Its been a couple years.

I heard this atempt at a song when it was first released...talking about the same bs stuff for what 20 years now..ugh..both these 2..SOOOOO OVERRATED!

Now the pleasent side of this is having MusicSlave post the original sample which just goes to show you how horrible these 2 r - U have an amazing sample to use and you turn it into trite trash...good job

But this original song I never heard before until today from the AMAZING and legit diva Dionne Warwick. Now this is magic! Real music real musicians. THANK GOD I WAS BORN IN THE 60s!

The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.

Remember there is only one destination and that place is U
All of it. Everything. Is U.
