Did anyone catch After 7 Unsung last week? Thought it was an interesting episode.

I knew when those guys broke big they weren't exactly spring chickens but I didn't know they

were already in their 30's. They hit it out the park with their first album. Ready Or Not

and Can't Stop topped the R&B charts at number 1. Radio ran Can't Stop in the ground.

They had good follow up albums with Takin My Time and Reflections which Virgin really dropped

the ball on. It's hard to believe Kevon is 58 and actually a year older than Face. God bless Melvin

as he recovers from a stroke. He did well to record their latest album Timeless which is nice.

I also didn't know My, My, My was originally intended for After 7 but Melvin didn't show up to

the studio. Damn. I know that made Johnny Gill happy. Would like to see these guys out

on the road this year. They are a throwback to the days of the Stylistics, Delfonics, Chi-Lites,

and Blue Magic.

I saw it but my DVR fouled up and didn't record the last 5-10 minutes of it, so I didn't catch the part of them saying Melvin had a stroke. Wow, hope he is recovering well.

It was a pretty good episode. I was in elementary school when "Ready or Not" and "Can't Stop" were blasting on the radio. They were great songs. But you say that Kevon is 58 !!!!! What??!!! He looks damn good!

I think it was an OK episode.I had totally forgotten about their song "Until You Do Me Right", which I really liked.But wassup with Unsung this season? They don't seem to have alot of 'must-see' epsiodes lately Case?? Dave Hollister?? I barely even remember those guys.
