I thought the guy did pretty well emulating Prince's 80's b-sides style. Of course it is all up in Prince's ass, but I think that was exactly the objective. Oh well, I thought it was fun to listen to for a few minutes... RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time... |

These are just demos he does for his programs. It's nothing too serious for him, he doesn't aspire to be a Prince sound-alike, but he knows he can emulate Prince and some other classic funk artists very well, so he does that stuff for fun and as something that hopefully will get people interested in his programs. I've understood that the music he's done "as himself" isn't as "up Prince's ass", but more "proggy". | |

I already own the OP-X Pro-II to cover my Oberheim needs, but I am seriously considering buying Aly's VPROM drum VST. A great piece of work, these Linn beats sound awesome!! RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time... |
