Usher is very very very underrated. Its sad that he is reduced to a B list star now. He was the biggest Black current pop star last decade. |

Usher is a good vocalist, dancer and his first four albums were very great urban R&B/soul albums, but I haven't really dug more than a few of his songs in 13 years, and my favorite song by him since then has t even been released commercially (Be). Bit to ea h their own, he is talented and has proved it, just wish he'd get off the club music stuff. |

Agreed. Not a huge fan, but he is a pro.

I will give props to Kels R. Kelly has a stronger disography than Usher and has more classics but Usher had a pretty good run too. His debut up until Confessions was solid IMO. He made really good pop R&B albums. Usher is very underrated. His disography is stronger than most of his peers and definitly in the POP/R&B category. [Edited 1/11/17 7:17am] |

[Edited 1/11/17 7:17am] I haven't like an Usher album since Confessions. He might have 2 songs per album since Confessions that are worth a second listen. His peers are people like Joe and Ginuwine. I'd listen to their current stuff before Errsha anyday. PRINCE: Always and Forever

I agree Usher's music has REALLY fell off since Confessions which is a ashame because he use to be a really good R&B artist. I would say in the 90s up until 2004, Usher was the strongest out of them. Musically, Joe and Ginuwine currently has more quality output. |

Errsha ain't fell off, he's just trying to stay current. So he's trying to keep up with Trey Songz and Chris Browns of the world.
He's doing a song called No Limit, I got that Master P. Really dude you're about to be 40. [Edited 1/11/17 10:33am]PRINCE: Always and Forever

Maybe I could have used a different choice of words but that is what I meant. He has it in him to do better but he is following trends. I really wish he would stop chasing radio hits and really make a good R&B album. |

R. Kelly's Christmas album was better than Ursh's last 3 albums. Take away the "Christmas" theme, and it's basically "Write Me Back Part II". Sheeitt, Kells probably has an entire Usher album in his vault from like 2005 lol. |

I believe it! People can say what they want about R. Kelly but he can write a great R&B album when he puts his mind too it. |
