Dionne's is way better, sadly she's not associated with the song by the public.

Naked Eyes. Dionne has better songs to be associated with, like "Say A Little Prayer". Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Come on - it's gotta be Dionne. I mean that incredible voice. But it's close - Naked Eyes version is pretty pretty pretty good.

I completely forgot about Naked Eyes, must have not heard in 20+ years Has anyone tried unplugging the United States and plugging it back in?

i have 'the dionne warwick collection' & really think it's terrific & one of the best compilations i've ever heard, but that particular track isn't a big favourite of mine, and i prefer the naked eyes version. i'd give the nod to soft cell as well.

Naked Eyes and Soft Cell. Neither one of the originals would have ever burned their way into my brain like the covers did.
