Just ended up listening to their stuff for several hours on Youtube. It's silly how you just keep the Youtube playlists on autotune with them and you get a brilliant song after another brilliant song without a break.

For something that's so often associated with the "easy-listening" stuff from the 80s, I find their music from that era rather tastefully produced too. The drum machines are pretty raw-sounding and hard-hitting and the synths don't have the type of "Final Countdown" or "Jump" type of "cheesiness to the max" factor to them. The production on many of their 80s songs actually remind me of Prince quite a bit.

Daryl's 2nd solo album is great.

I think you mean "autoplay" instead of "autotune." Autotune has nothing whatsoever to do with Hall and Oates,
