reading PRAYER and Meditation are one in the same...resonate (definition: To correspond closely or harmoniously so much love that the SUN shines at NIGHT Give thanks to the father and the son...and the holy spirit. I give thanks to Jesus Christ and the CROSS, to bare as a witness, my actions towards all in my whole being with "unconditional love".

Yes U can...its' simple...
All U have to do...is...Put the cd on...think of outter space...the peacefull space of nothing...the planets swirling around...stars streaming freely, nebula brewing, ORION creating...and GALAXIES spinning with ebb and flow of beautiful colors and their GRACE...let go of all the thoughts you have in your own mind...feel yourself, as a BEING within all of the beauty "a spirit" flying free without no needs, no reason and no harm...safe from all that resides on this planet...feel with all you are...the life you have been given...THINK OF SPACE...GO THERE...HEAVEN is everywhere...start with OUTSIDE the veil of this planet...U CAN DO IT.

With Love

There are two for me. First is a compilation disc I put together of David Sylvian's later work which I have called Out of the Universe. He has a song ~ The Song Which Gives The Key To Perfection ~ which he sings in ancient chanting. It is so soothing and beautiful. The words Namaste Namaste ~ a way of being that trancends the material matters of the world and spreads peace to everyone.
Second is the Aion from Dead Can Dance ~ however it is a longer edition with tracks added by my friend Sebastian. When Lisa Gerrard and Brendan Perry sing in the ancient blends of language it touches the most sacred and secret parts of the psyche and brings the mind to a higher level.
I love the Miles Davis also but become so caught in the music that I am drawn to that and the meditation becomes secondary. With my peace ~ N
