Has anyone pre-ordered the vinyl and CD yet? I'm gonna wait to see which country has the version with the most bonus tracks I know that the Japan edition features one bonus track,"Nice and Spicy",but now I hear that the UK edition is a Limited Edition Deluxe Edition,so I wanna wait and see what bonuses are included on it.

it would be preferable to find a deluxe edition that contains these three tracks as the bonuses: "Gettin Down","Nice and Spicy" and "Watching You".

A Jamiroquai online store has been launched at store.jamiroquai.com . The main thing of interest is that you can order a limited edition 'mint pack' CD of the album signed by Jay. The standard CD and double LP vinyl releases are also available. Descriptions of the formats are as follows:

Sorry for not posting, I have been INCREDIBLY busy on my JamiroFan2000 YouTube Channel & the r/Jamiroquai Subreddit over the last 2 weeks. BTW here's my single review of "Cloud 9":

In regards to the Automaton Deluxe edition confusion, I personally pre-ordered the Limited Edition album/grey shirt bundle from the Jamiroquai Store site and will ONLY pre-order the limited edition Deluxe of Automaton from Amazon.co.uk site IF there's bonus tracks on it and if there ISN'T I will probably pre-order the Japanese Automaton album in it's place for the bonus track 'Nice N' Spicy', but, I did notice on Amazon.com Germany's Deluxe Edition listing page, even though all of these listings still have NO tracklist noted yet, it noted it would be getting 20 page booklet, the foil slipcase & a code redemption for a special bonus video. Though it's still possible that there could be some bonus tracks, so fingers crossed. I will try to post more in the future but, as I said, I have been bogged down on YouTube/Reddit, so if disappear again from my posting here, that is where you can find me! Thanks again everyone for the continued support of Jamiroquai, of all my/my fellow Jamily member's work promoting Automaton and keep groovin' lovelies!

I ended up pre-ordering the foil case special edition from the Jamiroquai store and what I presume is the "regular" CD from Amazon.I figure that if there any bonus tracks on any other edition,I'll just have to find those elsewhere

GRAMMY Award-winning pioneers of future funk, Jamiroquai, have officially released Cloud 9, the second single off their eighth studio album Automaton.

The single follows on from the music video Automaton, the first new music from Jamiroquai in seven years, which sent bloggers, fans and critics in to global frenzy.

Vocalist Jay Kay said Cloud 9 is a song written in a style that is familiar to the band's fans.

"It's a song that if anyone that has been jilted and yet found love somewhere else will no doubt relate to," he said.

"Can't wait for you to hear it - get in the car stick it on the radio and just drive."

Written and self- produced by Jay Kay and Jamiroquai keyboard player Matt Johnson , Automaton will be available for release on March 31 via EMI Music Australia.

To commemorate the release, the band have announced they'll be playing a series of headline shows and festival dates, including a hotly anticipated one-off date at London's iconic Roundhouse on the day of album release, to be preceded by their first live-show in six years at Pleyel in Paris March 28.

One of the most influential British bands of the past twenty-five years, Jamiroquai have seen each one of their seven album catalogue reach the UK Top 10 (and three reaching #1) for a combined total of over 26 million sales worldwide and are currently holding the Guinness Book of World Records for best-selling funk album of all time.

I hear something that sounds familiar in the chorus, but I'm not sure it's Chic. All Chic songs sound very similar to each other You had Nile on guitar, Bernard on bass and Tony on the drums......they had a formula where they all seemed to shine...and they stuck to it. The Diana Ross album they produced sounded like Chic featuring Diana Ross! But I liked them alot! If it's not broken or out of style why change!

I hear a heavy Chic influence in several of Jamiroquai's songs...."You Give Me Something" is the best example,and now "Cloud 9" too

We have to realize that it's not 1992 anymore.The acid jazz sounds that you heard on the first few albums is not really where Jamiroquai is at anymore.But the cool thing is,you can always go back and enjoy those albums whenever you like

I don't know if there will be an official music video for "Cloud 9",but for the time being,this seems to be the main one....

Their last album, "Rock Dust Light Star," was pretty close to their original sound from the 90's, which I also prefer. You should check it out if you haven't already. I'm not blown away by the new tracks but still plan to check out the album.
