Even tho I always liked Madonna I never thought she was beautiful or even that sexy...and except for the first couple of years before n after she was working out hardcore, she never seemed to have the greatest body type, more wiry muscle than curvaceous n feminine..I remember reading an oral bio of Sean Penn and I think it was his mom who simply summed up her looks by saying she wasnt even that pretty but cute n funny. To me she was slightly above average in looks but nothing more than that. I sawanted the sex book. She had literally no body fat on her [Edited 12/27/16 8:18am]

Yet again no one can explain why they don't like her looks.

She always looked like she could be a bitch. And every look she made for the camera seemed too deliberate n calculated, not natural. She always looked hard to me

I agree with PennyPurple. There is no softness to her. She has had much success but she doesn't have that IT factor, in my opinion. That thing that makes you drawn to her. To me she's very off-putting, which doesn't make her attractive to me.

I mean, fan or not, that really doesn't make sense
80s 90s 2000s and she doesn't have that thing that draws people to her?
From Prince to just about every fashion designer and photographer have been drawn to her...

Lady Gaga applauds Madonna's moving Billboard speech

Taking a cue from Hillary Clinton's "stronger together" mantra, Lady Gaga put her differences with Madonna behind her after the elder pop icon's moving Billboard Woman of the Year acceptance speech last week. "@Madonna your speech at the Billboard Music Awards was inspiring. You're so brave & strong. Thanks for being that for us girls we need that," Lady G. tweeted on Monday, Dec. 12. Madge used her moment in Billboard's spotlight to acknowledge the particular challenges she's faced as a woman in music. "Thank you for acknowledging my ability to continue my career for 34 years in the face of blatant misogyny, sexism, constant bullying and relentless abuse," she said (via Us Weekly). "When I first moved to New York, I was a teenager, it was 1979, and New York was a very scary place. In the first year, I was held up at gunpoint, raped on a rooftop with a knife digging into my throat, and I had my apartment broken into and robbed so many times I just stopped bolting the door." Madonna went on to take issue with society's expectations for women. "You are allowed to be pretty and cute and sexy. But don't act too smart," she said. "You are allowed to be objectified by men and dress like a slut, but don't own your sluttiness. And do not, I repeat, do not share your own sexual fantasies with the world. Be what men want you to be. But more importantly, be what women feel comfortable with you being around other men. And finally, do not age because age is a sin. You will be criticized. You will be vilified. And you will definitely not be played on the radio."

Oldfriends4Sale- I mean in a way that makes her attractive. Yes, people are drawn to her- she can certainly get attention, be provactive - there are people who love her music (I never did) but the question is, if we don't find her attractive, why not? And what I mean is, she's not ugly but she doesn't have the thing that makes me think she's a beauty. There are women who I think are beautiful that are not neccesarily beautiful or even pretty, but they have that thing that makes them attractive. And Madonna is too hard and too contrived for my taste personally. That's all I'm saying.

and, all the plastic surgery (even though it seems to be pretty good plastic surgery considered) but there is not one wrinkle, every thing is too smooth, too "perfect" and it shows her vanity. At the end of Marilyn Monroe's life, on the beach with George Barris, those photos he took, you see her appendectomy scar, age spots on her hands, and she is still absolutely perfect.

um are we really comparing a 35 suicide victim to a woman nearing 60 ? And Marilyn Autopsy pics shows she was at best average

Average? Marilyn was so average but Madonna and others copied her look. As for Madonna I think she is a looking women young or older.
