New Album From Eric Benet Has anyone checked this out? I copped it last week and was really surprised I enjoyed it as much as a did. There are several cuts that are quite obviously Prince-inspired. Really great album. Probably my second favorite album of 2016 (right behind Melba Moore's "Forever Moore").

Very good CD. Definitely inspired by Prince on many tracks. I don't know how these dudes can be married to ex Prince girls and jock him like that. The musicians and band on the album are tight. | |

I don't know. Judging from the lyrics on some of these album cuts, seems like he's still sufferring from that addiction.

I have purchase two of his albums like his first and maybe his fourth I think. I usually don't like his albums as a whole but maybe like 3 songs. He does have a nice voice. He is one of the better singers out there. | |
