Guy's You Can Call Me Crazy is Al B. Sure singing. So, I was on my way home from work. My local classic Hip-Hop station (yes, we've reached that point) was playing and interviewing Teddy Riley. Well, the song You Can Call Me Crazy came up. And Teddy spilled the beans. It's not Timmy Gattling in that track, it's actually Al B Sure. PRINCE: Always and Forever

That's what I've always thought, because Al's voice is kinda distinctive. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B.
