Faking The Funk… continued

I wanted to add this to MattyJam's thread, http://prince.org/msg/8/428737, but it was closed already!

Here's another terrible attempt at funk. "Let me funk you"? He couldn't if he tried:

Musically, this is better than "Uptown Funk".

I actually dig it and was surprised when I saw it's a Jason Derulo song. It's definitely nothing extraordinary but it's rhythmic and is actually danceable.

I was expecting something terrible, but I think it's just okay. shrug

Anything that'll offer us younger fresh blood will do at this point. The new listeners to the genre have to start at something.
