She's a back up singer and she should be front and center--what a voice! Weight issues (demands from the record company to lose weight) and lack of support and promotion from the record company kept her from moving forward. Sound familiar?! Adele is the one recent miraculous exception to the rule. But this woman has a wondeful unheard unappreciated talent. Check this live video out--another great song IMO. It means a lot to me in recent days...

I hope you like them all they are amazing and don't often get props. All of them sing with SOUL. You you ain't got none I don't wanna hear them! A couple of them just sing inspirational songs, which I think you will like, well I hope you do.

I'm with ya, Joe! I hope they have as much soul as Joanna Cotten--when I heard her sing back up for a group, I said, "Who IS THIS WOMAN!" That's the kind of music I want to discover. It's going to be fun to go through your list.
