Rest In Peace, Prince Be

Attrell Cordes, aka Prince Be, of PM Dawn, has died at age 46, from kidney failure.

For me, PM Dawn is one of the best pop/soul duos in a while while. Jesus Wept is a beautiful and funky record. Doesn't hurt that there's a great acoustic piano/guitar version of "1999" on it.

PM Dawn's Prince Be -- Dead at 46

One half of PM Dawn ... singer Artell Cordes who was best known as Prince Be ... has died. Cordes passed away Friday at his NJ home…
