Usher and Janet stick pipes up their asses to stay skinny

In order to keep trim and sexy Usher and Janet have colonics treatment. A treatment were they stick huge pipes up their ass and have high powered jets of water clean out there insides while a nurses massages theire stomach area before sucking it all out. According to Usher it doesn't feel good but it's good for you. Colonic Treatment is known to cause serious dehydration stretching of the intestinal muscles.

it actually sounds like a healthy thing to do! But it seems like only RICH people can afford this type of procedure! And it's also weird to have people sticking things up your ass! GROSS!

CAUTION: DO NOT click on the "You'll be so surprised what comes out of your body" link unless you wanna get sick and throw up! barf Damn that's some gross ass shit! So that's what Usher takes out of his body!

I recall seeing Janet on Oprah a few years back, and she was talking about how she routinely has coffee enemas.I was like,"why is she telling us this?"...lol...perhaps some things should be kept private? wink

Yes, to "wash out the sad cells". Oh how I laughed. It was around that time that I went off Janet and saw her as an insincere whingepot - you know talking to Oprah, the rape victim, about the torment of being made to stand up in class and answer a math problem she couldn't do. Boo f**king HOO!

Sorry for being a cynic. Just hate all that new age "poor me" syndrome.

You don't neccessarily have to stick somethinf up your butt to do colonics. You can drink something and Janet's mother would take her to do this as a child, so it's something she grew up with She then got Usher into it when he opened for her during the Velvet Rope tour

Doing colonics regularly sounds like an obsession or addiction.

People don't eat right--usually foods (esp. meat) that are not digest-friendly--and as a result some of what they eat never leaves their body, but builds up over time. And this usually does lead to other major health complications.

However, better solutions would be for people to eat high fiber-low fat diets, fast regularly, drink lots of water, and get plenty of exercise. (Although for folks who have been eating horribly for years, may need to start anew with a colonic for real).

I ain't clicking on that darn link, but I've heard of high colonics and they sound even more complicated than a regular old colonoscopy.

We've been conditioned to eat certain foods since we were kids, so the discipline it takes to change our eating habits is work. I'd rather do THE WORK.
This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

If they're doing it for vanity.

But having a relative who had colon-related health complications, and his gastroenterologist explained how most of it could have been avoided through healthy diet and exercise. Since he was well into his 40s, the doctor suggested he start with a clean slate through a colonic.

But it was designed as a one time thing for health purposes. Like anything else, people will take something and do it in excess for the wrong reasons.

TRON, you did NOT have to post those!!! ill shake

BTW, I know people who get colonics fairly regularly. It's not that expensive, maybe $35 a pop. I think I'd like to do it once or twice, but I wouldn't make it a regular part of my life...

Great pics, I never knew what came out before.

It is something I would like to try.

I hear a lot of celebs do it as a way to stay slim, but it has become a kind of "reverse eating disorder" for them.

Ellie, I think you may have missed the point of that interview and the whole velvet rope album. The album is about overcoming personal obstacles. Depression and low self esteem were Janet's issues, and probably still are to a degree. She wrote an album about it. On Oprah she was just talking about the influences throughout her life that brought her to that point. Nothing new age or poor me about that. Just because she is a superstar beauty doesn't mean she was happy.
