I don't believe Whitney had an affair with 2Pac, he is just trying to justify cheating on her. [Edited 6/10/16 19:06pm] Keep Calm & Listen To Prince |

Yeah, the Janet thing is puzzling too. Back in 2008 he also claimed they dated but he never said that he kicked her out of a hotel room butt ass naked. Why leave that part out...unless it never happened. It was always known that he had a huge crush on her. He was on Video Soul telling Donnie Simpson how in love he was with her. Which was weird because I had never seen him act that way towards Whitney. Even after their so called fling he would still talk about her and show up to events such as her 2001 MTV Icon show. He also claimed it was because of their breakup that he started to drink heavy liquor. The Whitney and Tupac thing came totally out of left field. Kinda funny that both of those people are dead and can't confirm nor deny it. Which Bobby knows. That's another thing he didn't mention in 2008 when Whitney was alive. That's another reason I take everything he says with a grain of salt. Bobby isn't the performer he once was and he can't sell the music nor the tickets to support his still growing family. But what he can do is air out his and Whitney's dirty laundry which is so messed up.
Yuup here is that Video Soul Interview aroud 5.09 he starts gushing about janet https://www.youtube.com/w...kkNYBSL8UE Also if they had such a falling out how come he attended her MTV Icon tribute in 2001? Here is a pic from the event
I think they had a fling, but when she found out about Bobby's kids out of wedlock, he reminded her too much of her father (and all the pain that went with it, after all JohVonnie is alllowed to call him dad but not janet or her siblings!) , and then she gently dumped him, which is something he wasn't use to. Hence the revised version, which I don't buy. eg. Rebbie hubby was black which makes his claims utter rubbish. He is just generating PR for his "second" autobiography.

Bingo! She knew what kind of man Bobby was after all she did marry James Debarge. And like you said Joe Jackson is her father and we all know how he gets down. She bruised his ego and apparently it still hurts like hell! lmao! At the 2001 pic... he even brought his brother. BlackCat1985 |

It's not really anybody's place to tell him what not to reveal about his life with his ex-wife. In the end, it was his life as well. The truth is hard for a lot of people. If he chose not to say anything, that's also his prerogative...yeah, pun intended. |

it's not about one's prerogative (no pun intended)
it's about dividing and conquering
we had more solidarity in years past, but now, with the encouragement to "get your money", many of us are choosing to do just that and the system knows this
there is nothing else that can be said about this situation w/out getting down to the root of the problem
in the midst of all of this, a culture of authenticity that took centuries to cultivate has all but eviscorated, and done so at the blink of an eye and all the great music that came out of that is gone |

Always wondered why Whitneys mom never took the baby away???
.
Or at least take her for a period of time until Whitney could clean up her act...as a Grandma you'd think she could and would want to.
.
It still amazes me that both Whitney and Bobbi-Kristina are both gone and in a very similar, tragic way....never should have happened, especially to Bobbi-Kristina Just So Sad.

I've always thought Bobby Brown gets unfairly blamed for Whitney's drug use. Since her death there have been interviews with other celebrities who've said Whitney was doing drugs before she even met Bobby Brown yet Bobby is still painted as the anti- Christ. But in the entertainment world I think most people know it's not Bobby. |

He was on The View yesterday and briefly talked about an encounter he had with a priest when he was a small child. He said the priest tried to molest him and he knocked the priest in the head (to show he was a tough guy even as a little boy) and was able to escape. Something told me there would be a story like that in the book. Not saying that it didn't happen but I have a feeling he is sensationlizing some events to sell the book. Oh, and he talked about how he and Micheal Jackson were such close friends. He said Micheal was a "woman-watcher" and how Micheal used to call on him often for advice. He was just as much a part of the marriage as her. Regardless of what happened, it's their truth to live and die with. "Til Death Do Us Part". How can you tell somebody what they can and cannot talk about when it concerns their life with somebody else? The truth of the matter is WE don't know. We don't know either one of them. Maybe Bobby is lying about the incident with the Priest and maybe he is not, we'll never know....A lot of Black Men who were Molested or Raped as kids never talk about it...Incest also happens in our Black families and it is kept a family secret FOREVER, we take it all the way to the grave. We are slowly starting to accept our Gay & Bi brothers and sisters....Our people still have a long ways to go but I believe the next Generation will raise their kids to be more open minded and know that they can talk to their Parents when they are troubled... |

I don't think so. I've said this before and maybe some folks missed some of Whitney's interviews, print or TV. Whitney was always real to me. I think a lot of people in the record industry, fans, and media ( tall stunning and could sing) put this image on Whitney and made up their mind who she was. Houston repeatedly spoke about how frustrated she was in what was beginning projected verses who she really was. Still, Houston was a wild child and Bobby was a wild child. Folks seem to be pissed cuz it fucks up their image of what they wanted Houston to be. That girl never fooled anybody, everyone else was looking at her through rose colored glasses. That's on them... not her.

Whitney's brother admitted to Oprah that it was he who turned Whitney onto drugs, yet everyone has always wrongfully blamed Bobby Brown. Personally, I have always felt sorry for Bobby, because blame was placed wrongfully placed on him, while all the while he was innocent. Whitney was no saint either, nor was she the angel everyone wanted her to be. She herself didn't like the pedestal many placed her upon, pretending that she was some good girl who could do no wrong. If you ever watched their reality show "Being Bobby Brown"...you would have known that, and saw for yourself, the real Whitney Houston. Bobby Brown is not a bad person. Yes, he has lived a rough life, and gone through many horrible things in his life, but he still turned his life around and became an entertainer. To be truthful, he could have went the other way, and lived a life of crime, etc, but he didn't. Also, Bobby was a lot kinder to others than Whitney was, when they were confronted by fans, and reporters, etc. I wish Bobby all the best in life, and hope the worse is behind him. |

What's the old saying about relationships, its her story, his story and somewhere in the middle the truth. I don't recall Houston flapping her lips about anyone or anything... until she was fired by Burt Bacharach's druing the Oscars. We all know how that turned out. Or the later interviews with Oprah. A lot of folks betrayed her... I don't think Bobby's crack headed sista sold Whitney's drug den bathroom pics because she was concerned... she wanted money. Its sad. Do I believe Brown when he said, Houston would be here if she was allowed to live her life on her terms, and had Robyn Crawford in her life. Yes.

So true. Cissy and Clive Davis wanted Whitney to be image they thought she should be, just because she was beautiful and had a beauiful voice, but that was not the real Whitney Houston, and she refused to live the lie! Whitney said herself, that she wasn't the good glamour girl that wore gowns all the time, like the music industry people wanted others to beileve. She resented that image, because she knew it was not her true self. If you ever watched their reality show "Being Bobby Brown"....then you probably caught a glimpse of the real Whitney and was probably shocked by it, because it was a totally different Whitney than what her image had you believe. You also saw who the real Bobby Brown was, and he was not the awful person some would have you believe either. When it comes to celebrities, the public needs to stop being so gulliable, and fooled so easily, because these celebs are not who their image makes them out to be. They are human just like everyone else, and people needs to stop putting them on a pedestal, worshiping and idolizing them, because it's all smoke and mirrors. [Edited 6/17/16 19:33pm] |

I think if Robyn was still apart of Whitney's circle it's possible she'd still be here.I think if she was still married to Bobby she'd still be here. Even though Bobby had moved on with his life I've always felt Whitney really, really loved Bobby. I don't think she'd ever get married again unless she and Bobby hooked back up.
It's unfortunate that Ms. Cissy feels that Bobby should not write a book on his life with Whitney but she can. If I was in a situation like Bobby would I do it. Nope! But to each his own. I personally believe Bobby. If the roles were reversed and Bobby had died and Whitney wrote a book on her life with Bobby I don't think anyone would be hating on her because of it. |
