Bobby Brown - Mystical Magic

Anybody know more about this unreleased album from Bobby back around 1990? I saw on Youtube a song called Tap Into My Heart. It sounds pretty good, but never released. I'm assuming it was meant for this album. I wonder how many songs were recorded for this album? I assume Teddy Riley wasn't involved in the project as he came in late for the bobby album in 1992. Was Babyface involved?

I'm a huge Bobby Brown fan but I never heard of this album. I need to look this up now.
