I think Neneh Cherry is considered a "one hit wonder" in the US or maybe a "2 hit wonder", so has not much of a chance of getting in. Siouxsie And The Banshees has a better chance of being inducted than Neneh and their chances are about zero themselves.

Of those three, I´d say SaltNPepa...but historically, there have been much better female rappers before and after them. But they weren´t as popular as SnP.
