He can be all of those things becuz of what we know about his personal Life but the interview is not what people are making it out to be. He did not call her out of her name or raise his voice. She did her job as a Reporter and he was being difficult...Yesterday people acted like he hit that Woman...She held her own and so did he....The interview got the online Blog hits and Social Media was Buzzing...

I actually think R.Kelly handled this with class and the interviewer was rather disrespectful. The reporter was unprofessional and if R.Kelly doesn't want to answer a question, he doesn't have too.

I agree on that but from the get go it seemed like he was put off, he came off very sexist, sorry but commenting on appearance kind of shows what he is always been about. Most artists have management that alert media in advance as to areas of questioning that cannot be delved into.

He showed his sexism and disrespect for women by the way he acted.

Let's not forget Aaliayh Houghton people. He married her via having her aunt falsify documents when she was only 15.

The girl he went to criminal trial over was declared a hostile witness because her father used to play in Kelly's band and the family had been paid off with fancy cars, home and all.

Urban radio should have banned him forever because he lied and never asked for forgiveness for his deeds.

His record sales have flopped since his sex scandal. Most of the time live now he performs track dates without a band and has the gall to want 150k per appearance.

I did not call him classy. I said the way he handled the interview was classy. I have seen a bunch of celebrities cuss out reporters or become irate and he seemed to handle her hostility with ease.

No doubt, there was a screening process arranged with the host prior to this interview. That was very unprofessional of her and she was expecting to get a rise out of R. Kelly in a live situation. Should've left well enough alone after he denied her the first time.

For those of you saying he never apologized for what he did, are you sure? I thought he did...

I think she was doing her job, he would be gullible to think that he won't get ambushed with those questions.

He gets no sympathy for me.

He could have handled it very differently than just getting defensive. All he had to do has ask to change the topic and keep it amicable.. I admire the journalist for being not backing off, which is what most would have done.
