I DO NOT KNOW BECAUSE LOST OF DEMOS HAVE BENN LEAKED SO FAR. MJ fans will purchase anyway. All the Xscape songs were leaked like a year or two in advance. Still sold around 500,000. I'd repurchase for the packing alone, lol. But yeah, I don't know if there's gonna be a Dangerous 25 or even a rerelease. The Off The Wall 35 was slightly missed but we get a new documentary with the old cd. The MJ estate tried to target a huge audience with Bad 25 when they should've been targeting fans. Hopefully they give the fans what they want and try not to go too commercial with it. But knowing the estate, it'll probably be 2017 when we get another album full of remixes instead of a Dangerous 25. you can do anything

what I'm saying is, prior to Bad, a large segment of the greater public were fans of Michael's

What casual Prince fans care about a Lovesexy remaster with extra tracks? A Lovesexy remaster with extra tracks would be targeted toward fans. Now imagine 3 of the tracks being dubstep/modernized remixes with shitty lyrics. Very, very few fans want those three tracks to waste space where unreleased tracks could be. Get what I'm saying? you can do anything

I wouldn't say casual because w/out that support, Bad, Dangerous, History never exists

I wouldn't say casual because w/out that support, Bad, Dangerous, History never exists A TLDR version of what I'm going to say: Casual MJ fans from the 80s to 90s a very different from casual fans today simply because of modern music tastes in general and their basic understanding of MJ's impact. If you want to read: They would still definitely exist without casual support. But, going along with what you said, the casual MJ fans from back then were exposed to music similar to what was on the charts at the time. There is no new jack swing (Dangerous' main influence) on today's radio. Music has taken a very techno/club turn, which is why some techno/club music was included in Bad 25 and marketed toward the general public instead of toward the fans who actually care. Michael fans would be into the new jack swing and MJ pop from Dangerous more than the general population and/or casual fans. Not only would they still be into it, they would interested in extra tracks since it's considered rare to them. Blah blah blah, long explanation short, I'm gonna stick with what I've said. They should target the fans instead of looking like try hards marketing toward a sound that's gonna be long gone and cringeworthy in about 10 years. When Michael was here for the 2008 release of Thriller 25, he worked with the people who did the remixes for that album, so they sound like MJ remixes. Now that he isn't here, they need to just focus on the fans and undisturbed, unreleased material. you can do anything

Just thought about it. You're talking about Bad (1987) and I'm talking about Bad 25 (2012 reissue). Add that to my previous post. you can do anything

For UK orgers, Jacksons Next Generation is on Lifetime on Sky, it's also in the ondemand section on Sky too on the Liftetime channel, think only two episodes have been shown so far. Just watched the first one earlier so both are currently on there now.

^ I don't know what that is but it's too strong to be nothing. There are strong elements of Why You Wanna Trip On Me in there (and by elements, I mean actual samples). It is an incredible instrumental, even if fake. But I have a hunch that I've heard this before and it was proven a fake, though I'm not certain. However, I think whoever created it should have a job with the estate. That is insanely MJ-ish. If it turns out to be authentic, I won't be the least bit upset. But I think it's a crafty blend of samples and original instruments. The snare sound sounds like it was taken from the Dangerous DVD 5.1 mix of Why You Wanna Trip on Me though.

In less than 2 weeks. Brace Yourself! Keep on with the FORKS, Don't Stop! Its obvious Questlove had a bootleg copy of "Off the Wall", probably a cassette. If he had an original album/vinyl he would certainly have gotten the lyrics..MJ had them printed on the inside of the fold-out album cover. I always rembered that because I had never seen it done that way before ...or since.

Joseph Fiennes Will Play Michael Jackson In The Weirdest Road Trip Movie Of All Time
Stop me if you've heard this one before. Michael Jackson, Marlon Brando and Elizabeth Taylor road-trip to Ohio after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. No, that's not the setup for the world's worst joke. It's an actual plot, for an actual movie, based on what's rumored to be a true story. But wait, it gets weirder. In news unlikely to sit well with those protesting the lack of di...the Oscars (and Hollywood in general), The Guardian reports Michael Jackson will be p...ph Fiennes, a white man. Fiennes, who starred in "Shakespeare in Love" and "American Horror Story" will play alongside Brian Cox, who has been cast as Brando, and Stockard Channing, of "Grease" fame, as Liz Taylor. "I got the script the other day,” Fiennes told WENN. “It’s a challenge. It’s a comedy. It doesn’t poke mean fun, but it’s a story, possibly urban legend, whereby Michael, Marlon Brando, and Liz Taylor were all together the day before 9/11 doing a concert. Airspace was shut down and they couldn’t get out and Michael had the bright idea to go to hire a car and drive." Fiennes hinted at humorous moments built around Brando's incessant desire for fast food along the journey, but suggested it wouldn't all be fun and happy meals. "It’s a fun, lighthearted tongue-in-cheek road trip of what celebrity of that kind is like," he said. "But also it’s rather beautiful and poignant about their relationships as well.”

Me too, loving that chalkboard already! I would to see a thriller one too. You know, a dangerous one would be awesome. But I don't think it can be done without taking a defensive stance on colour And maybe spike lee just wants to honour the music respectfully though he would be the perfect person to address and document the artistry of dangerous and history including his interactions with mj into s documentary [Edited 1/31/16 11:46am]

A new book on LA Reid mentions MJ and someone we are also familiar with.

To that I say, so what? What's the alternative, a black actor, who's actually black and stays black on screen, protraying Michael as he was in '01?? A black actor, cacked in white make up with prostetics, playing Michael as he was in '01? Either way it's awkward. I remember at one point Michael was slated to play Edgar Allan Poe, who is white. There was no outcry about that.

Huge difference my friend MJ was looking to portray a character's personality when the issue of race is not paramount This guy casted to portray MJ is being done when the issue of racial indifference is front and center where the MJ of 2001 looked nothing like he did in 1979, not evem during BAD, because of a continuous physical transformation whereas if the transformation had not existed, than this guy would never been casted

1.) We are not friends
2.) Same, same. Michael was offered the role of Edgar Allan Poe, because Michael didn't look black at that time. Fiennes was offered to play Michael because in '01 Michael didn't look black. [Edited 1/31/16 15:53pm]
